South Yarra Hairdressing Supplies Pty Ltd was established in August 1987.
The company owners are Edward and Lena Regan; both of whom were professional hairdressers and have been involved with the hairdressing industry for forty years.
Edward had a long established career with Sullivans Hairdressing Supplies as a Sales Representative to the National Sales Manager for Indola Australia. Lena owned her own salon before joining Sullivans as a representative in 1985. Together, they bought part of Sullivans, which they established as South Yarra Hairdressing Supplies in 1987.
Our Bond Street branch was our original office and warehouse location which has relocated to Toorak Road and is now one of our cash and carry outlets.
Our main office and warehouse branch is located at Factory 8/350 Settlement Road, Thomastown. We also have a cash and carry store operating as Northern Hairdressing Supplies, which was opened in September 1999.
In 1991, we opened a Shepparton warehouse servicing the salons in the Goulburn Valley Region. The Shepparton branch was sold in August 2004. In 1996, we opened our St. Albans store, which is known as Western Hairdressing Supplies. In 2002, we opened our Ferntree Gully store, which is known as Eastern Hairdressing Supplies.
We proudly support hairdressers with their requirements through our sales representatives and our very helpful internal sales staff at all our branches.
